Listed below are West Virginia Senate and House of Delegates bills introduced Jan. 23-27, 2012, during the second full week of the Second Regular Session of the 80th West Virginia Legislature.
Today is the day 20 of the session.
February 20 is the last day to introduce bills in the Senate and the House. (There are certain exceptions, including supplemental appropriations bills for example.)

County Boards
County boards would be authorized to use bus operators from other counties
Senate Bill 415. The purpose of this bill is to permit a county board of education to use bus operators regularly employed by the county board of a different county to operate buses leased by the county, if bus operators from the owning county are unavailable. Sponsored by Senate President Jeffrey V. Kessler, D-Marshall, and Minority Leader Mike Hall, D-Putnam. Introduced Jan. 25. Referred to Senate Education.
